Inside the guide
Three people. Three ways to set it down.
Each story is told in the person’s own words, with a short page afterwards to pause on. None of them let go overnight. You can read one on a quiet evening, and that is plenty.
01
A man from a family that yelled
Joel Chipkar's rage cost him his fiancée of six years. The day after his biggest insight, he flew into a rage within five minutes, and that was where the real change began.
02
A father who kept score at the kitchen sink
Santhosh Krishnamurthy was short-tempered at home and pushy at work. Years later his eight-year-old daughter noticed the yelling had stopped.
03
A mother who always got even
If anyone wronged her, she wronged them worse. A prank at a gas station became her first test of letting go, and she failed it. Then she kept going.

A note on the stories
Not a formula. A reminder you’re not alone.
The people in the guide practice Falun Dafa, a gentle meditation practice taught free of charge by volunteers. They describe what they found in their own words. Their experiences are personal, and yours may look different.
What they share is this: the anger did not have to be held down by force for something to change. They still slipped sometimes, and over time the old reaction loosened its grip.
