清晨的草原上有一條小徑,晨光落在前方的路面,路一直延伸到看不見的遠方。 Caption: 跌到谷底的時候,路還在,只是當下走不動。

Category Stress

Some stress is the kind sleep doesn't touch. You wake up already spent, the pressure at work or at home has not let up in months, and you have tried most of what you were told to try.

The people in these stories know that tiredness. A manager who stayed late at the office to feel important. A woman whose family turned away. An executive facing a divorce and a bankrupt employer. Each found a lighter way to carry their life, and none of them found it overnight.

These are their own accounts, not formulas or promises. If stress has been with you for a long time, we hope they let you feel a little less alone.

Is there a way to put stress down?

Nobody can promise that. What these stories show is that the pressure did not have to disappear for something to change. The people in them found something steady to hold, and over time the same life felt lighter to carry.
