Inside the guide
Three people. Three quiet turns.
Each story is told in the person’s own words, with a short page afterwards to pause on. None of them found calm overnight. You can read one on a quiet evening, and that is plenty.
01
A 14-year-old who lay awake through three nights of exams
Anne Yang's wish for peace stayed with her for years, until she found a steady place to put it.
02
A teenager too restless to sit through a school day
Crowded with big questions and bitter feelings, they opened a book one evening with nothing else to do.
03
A manager who felt uneasy for no reason she could name
Nothing was wrong, and still she wished she were a stone by the road. Years later, worry stopped running her life.

A note on the stories
Not a formula. A reminder you’re not alone.
The people in the guide practice Falun Dafa, a gentle meditation practice taught free of charge by volunteers. They describe what they found in their own words. Their experiences are personal, and yours may look different.
What they share is this: the thoughts did not have to be defeated for something to change. They found something steady to hold while the mind slowly quieted.
