Inside the guide
Three people. Three lighter ways to carry life.
Each story is told in the person’s own words, with a short page afterwards to pause on. None of them found calm overnight. You can read one on a quiet evening, and that is plenty.
01
A manager who stayed late at the office to feel important
Chowa Choo chased money and status while sleeping badly and worrying constantly. Then the race itself began to look different.
02
A woman whose family turned away, hospitalized twice
Tina Sofos tried books, community groups and every path she could find. A flyer handed to her at a funeral was the start of a different road.
03
An executive facing a divorce and a bankrupt employer
Exhausted after another sleepless night, he walked into a park, where a stranger smiled and asked, "Would you like to join us?"

A note on the stories
Not a formula. A reminder you’re not alone.
The people in the guide practice Falun Dafa, a gentle meditation practice taught free of charge by volunteers. They describe what they found in their own words. Their experiences are personal, and yours may look different.
What they share is this: the pressure did not have to disappear for something to change. They found something steady to hold, and over time the same life felt lighter to carry.
